On December 7, 2022, the Pudong International Talent Port Sub-Forum with the theme of ‘Talent chain drives industrial chain and innovation chain, Creating Pudong's ace Card’ was successfully held.

Dr. Shen, Xihua, was invited to participate in this forum and brought  sharing with the theme of "Talent smooth exchange between China and US". He pointed out at the meeting that two-way flow of talents is the basis for China to become a technological power. With the support and help of the government, the introduction and implementation of talents have been carried out smoothly. As time goes by, the smooth transformation and sustainable development of talents have become the key. During the period, Dr. Shen fully elaborated on the analysis of the talent market in China and the United States, the returned talent policy, recruitment channels, talent selection, career development, job arrangement, living configuration and the ecological environment.

After the meeting, Dr. Shen revealed that more than 100 positions planned for this year are going smoothly. In addition, the company's two-way layout at home and abroad also attracts more overseas talents to join. "We are an international company. Currently, we have acquired two overseas companies. With the rapid development of cell and gene therapy industry and the growth of enterprise scale, we attract high-end talents from overseas, and at the same time, we also send domestic talents overseas for training, forming a two-way communication."
