Dr. Bibo Xu is the Founder and CEO of Primera, establishing the company in 2002. Formerly worked for Centre Analytical Laboratories and BASF. Dr. Xu holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from Pennsylvania State University.

Over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and clinical CRO statistics and data management; formerly worked for Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals & Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from State University of New York at Binghamton.
